1. Returns and exchanges are available for selected products only. The return eligibility for each item is clearly mentioned on its respective product page.

2. If reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the item to our office address.

3. Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Note for Returns

• Products must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

• All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Return/exchange requests must be made within the return window (as mentioned on the product page). Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.
